As the Polo Newsletter Editor, I would like to sincerely thank Amy for all her hard work and support during 2011. The November issue was a special time for my family and myself, and through it all Amy provided an immense comfort. She worried about every detail while preparing the layout for the newsletter with much sensitivity and high regard. This has truly meant a lot to all of us. I congratulate Amy for her high professional strengths, and human integrity. We look forward to working with Amy, as our monthly newsletter is greatly appreciated by our Polo residents.

I recommend the ads in our newsletter to someone almost every week. It is the first place I tell them to look for vendors and craftsmen.

When I assumed the role of Editor of the Chattahoochee River Club Review in April, 2010, my goal was to make the newsletter more community-specific, timely, attractive, and to build readership.  Thanks in large part to the team at Tlehs Publishing these goals are being met.  Each month our newsletter looks great; the content flows nicely throughout the publication with advertising that is locally oriented.  Submissions are on the rise and monthly feedback indicates residents are reading CRC Review.  It’s clearly becoming a valuable communication tool for our community. Thanks Tlehs for all you do!

The Horseshoe Bend Community Association conducted a comprehensive online community satisfaction survey during April, 2009. Over 300 residents (24%) responded. The editor reported in the June newsletter that: 94% enjoy our current, advertiser supported newsletter. Additionally our editor received lots of new ideas on articles and features. Our directory is used by almost all of our residents and received high marks for format and content.

I don't know how you put such a cohesive newsletter together from all that I send you, but somehow every month you are brilliant! I have to share that I have gotten only very positive feedback from the neighborhood since we started using your services to print our newsletter. Thank you for such a great job month after month!
