- Color covers are 50¢ per directory, printed full bleed on 80# gloss cover stock
- Premium services, including custom covers, are available for the most discriminating of communities
- You can include a board member list, pool rules, tennis rules, bylaws, covenants, etc. for 2¢ per page

- A $100 downpayment is required upon your approval of the directory
