What are the plans and costs?
Historically, many of our publications have been low or no cost to the community, because of the advertising that we sell. More recently we have created even more ways for you to effectively communicate with your residents, at prices you can afford.

For newsletters and directories: We have several solutions. 1. Our no cost program is available to select communities where we can offset our costs through advertising. A great solution for higher demographic subdivisions, e.g. Country Club communities. 2. Our revenue share program is the most popular solution, because the advertising we sell lowers your cost. 3. Our paid program is simply that. We will produce a high quality newsletter at below big-box prices, on an as needed basis.

For options 2 & 3 above for newsletters, layout and design is only $35 a page. Printing ranges from 5-10¢ a page. Delivery is at actual cost, whether it be USPS or UPS. Less any advertising credit for option 2.

For options 2 & 3 above for directories, the cost for a 500 home community ranges from $2.42 - $3.17 per directory. Less any advertising credit for option 2.
What types of communities can you publish for and where can they be located?
Single family home (SFH) communities to condominium and town home associations are our focus, anywhere within the continental U.S. Our advertising is only available in the Metro Atlanta area for qualifying communities.
Is the resident information kept confidential?
The confidentiality of your information has always been paramount and we take several steps to assure resident confidentiality.
1. All copies that we give to advertisers are scrubbed of all resident contact information.
2. Live copies of your publication at our office are kept under lock and key.
3. Resident information is not sold or given to others.
4. Our agreement with you specifies that confidentiality is required.
What is the basic process for each type of publication?
For newsletters: Your editor emails their dedicated graphic designer the newsletter content, or a pdf if we are not doing the layout. A proof will be provided. We also need an address list if you want us to mail your newsletter.

For directories: Email or upload your data using the Excel template provided, then update your data online 24/7. When you are ready for your directory, approve the online proofs and you are done.
How are directories and newsletters delivered?
We offer in-house mailing services for newsletters and directories at bulk mail prices with delivery times equal to first-class. Your publications can also be picked up at our Duluth, GA office or we can UPS for next day delivery in the Atlanta area, or anywhere in the country.
Do we have to include your advertising?
No, that is your choice. But when faced with the cost of print publications, community board members over the years have chosen to allow our advertising in almost all cases.

There are several reasons.
1. The advertisers are familiar names, as many of them are referred to us by communities.
2. Advertising is what keeps the cost low, and in the end saves your residents money.
3. Our advertising is tastefully done and presented professionally.
4. We keep an eye out for anything that may be marginally offensive to families. When there is any doubt we do not run the ad.
Can our community include our advertising in the newsletter?
Yes! Using our www.TlehsEasyAds.com website, you can easily submit your advertising to help subsidize any cost.
What frequencies are allowed?
Newsletters that we sell advertising into can be monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly. Directories that we sell advertising into are annual. If we do not sell advertising then the schedule is on an as needed basis by the community.
I'm a property manager, how can your services help me do my job?
Whenever the question comes up from a board or committee member about needing help in publishing their newsletter or directory, simply refer them to us. We will discuss their needs and handle the entire process turnkey if they decide to use our services. You can trust Tlehs Publishing to handle the job professionally and cost efficiently.
As a property manager, how much of a commitment will I have to make?
Very often we work only with the HOA. Sometimes you will have to supply us with the most current address or resident list. In some cases, property managers are more involved in coordinating newsletter and directory services on behalf of the community, e.g. they are the editor for the newsletter. This typically happens if a resident volunteer is not available. All of our programs are designed to keep your work to a minimum, and make you look great for referring us!
