Tleh's Directory™ comes in Premium and Classic formats.  The format that we do depends on a number of factors specific to each subdivision.  The location, number of homes, and demographics (incomes, home values, etc.) are the major decision factors. Projected sponsor revenue is also a factor in the decision.

The only difference between the 2 formats is that the Premium has full color covers that allow for color advertising. The Classic format has a cardstock cover in a wide choice of stock colors that the subdivision selects.

The format of the resident content is the same for both formats.

Both the Premium and Classic formats offer these sponsor advantages:

• Choice of full color (process color) or black & white advertising.

• Ad space is available in the sponsor section which immediately follows the resident section.

• High impact ad space is available on the inside front, inside back, and back covers.  Cover ads for Premiums are full color, while cover ads for Classics are black & white.

• Color tabs are also available in both formats. Your business name is visible on the tab when the directory is closed.

• All sponsors are listed in a sponsor index by business category, giving the page number that your ad is located on.  Display ads are printed in category order, with exceptions. Ask your representative for details.

• There is extra space throughout the sponsor section for residents to take notes while talking with sponsors.  

Both the Premium and Classic formats offer these features for residents to encourage their use:

• Convenient 8.5"x 5.5"size.  It’s easy to carry or put in a purse or glove compartment.


• The covers are customized for each subdivision.


• A separate resident table of contents cross references all sections, including the sponsor section.


• Resident information is listed both alphabetically by last name and by street, with extra space for names and numbers of friends and relatives.  New residents can be added alphabetically on each page.  Tleh’s Directory ™ also includes pages for personal/private information for each resident, as well as the subdivision officers, clubs, rules, babysitters, pet-sitters, yard-workers, etc.  There is also generous room for notes.
• The Quik-Find section follows the resident information, and contains often referenced local and regional information.
